"But there is a resurrection, therefore the grave hath no victory, and the sting of death is swallowed up in Christ. He is the light and the life of the world; yea, a light that is endless that can never be darkened..."(Mosiah 16:8-9)
When the gloom of life hangs heavily on your heart and has enveloped you past your shoulders, it can seem like there is no silver lining. No hope. No light that can even penitrate the darkness. Nothing to hold on to.
 
Yet Christ shines. He knows the darkness and has conquored it. He overcame and threw off the sleuth that drags us down. He is that soft light that gleams. His light is always shinning. If we can't feel it, at times we need to adjust our proximity to Him or remove the covers that block His warmth from us.  He wants to light our life. He will do it, if we allow Him to.
