In the darkest and coldest part of the year we celebrate the birth of Jesus Christ, the Light of the World. The juxtaposition of such a hopeful event contrasting with the coldness and, at times, bleakness of winter only highlights the role of our Savior. When our world is darkest, when peace is sparse, and hope seems doubful: Christ comes.
He brings the light.
He brings peace.
He shares hope.
Our world is darkening, but as we come and see the miracle of Him and what He can do for us and the world, our life is forever changed.
